My Order
When will my order ship?
The normal processing time is 1-2 business days. Depending on a number of factors, processing could take up to 2 weeks.
Can I combine my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped. Please contact me immediately to combine your order. Please note this may delay your intial order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email provided.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! All cancellations must be made within24 hoursof making a purchase.
Something is wrong with my order. What should I do?
If you have any issues with your order, please contact me by email and we will help you accordingly.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Due to delays within the postal service, it is difficult to determine exact shipping dates.
US Residents should receive their order within 3-4 business days if using standard shipping, while express orders should be received within 1-3 days.
International orders should be received within 1-4 weeks.
How much is domestic shipping?
Within the US, I offer a standard shipping rate of $10.
Do you offer express shipping?
US Residents: I offer express shipping through UPS for $13.
International: Unfortunately, USPS does not offer express shipping for most countries/regions.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, all international orders will be shipped through USPS. However, please note that as the buyer, you will be held responsible for any applicable taxes and duties once your package has reached its destination.
Do you offer local pickup/delivery?
Due to my own privacy, I dont normally offer this service, but under certain circumstances I may reconsider. Please contact me if you would like to collect locally.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Due to Covid-19, we are not accepting any returns.
My item is faulty. What should I do?
If you believe there is something wrong with your item, please contact us and we will help you accordingly.
Please Note:
° Processing an order is separate from the time it takes an order to reach its destination after being picked up from our fulfillment center by the carrier
° Business days do not include public holidays, Saturday, and Sunday
° To ensure your package is properly delivered and received in a timely manner, please make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information
° Please make sure to use correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers to ensure your package is delivered properly
° International customers may incur customs fees. Cammie's Crafts is not responsible for such fees and they must be paid by the customer upon collection. This is out of Cammie's Crafts control and we do apologize
° We do not take responsibility for any lost, misplaced or incorrctly delivered packages if the address provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase
